Sue Muller offers handcrafted bridal lehengas, embroidered sarees, and bespoke Indo-Western fusion wear. Each garment is made to order after a personalised consultation. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin production. Final payment is due before dispatch. Delivery timelines are confirmed in writing and may vary based on embroidery complexity and fabric availability.
You agree to provide accurate measurements, style preferences, and colour references during the consultation. Any changes after production has started may incur additional charges and delay delivery. It is your responsibility to review the final design proof and confirm approval before stitching begins.
Sue Muller is not liable for minor variations in embroidery shade, fabric texture, or fit that fall within industry standards. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific garment in question.
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of deposit payment, subject to a 10% processing fee. After that, cancellations are not accepted because each piece is made to your specifications. Returns are only accepted if the garment has a manufacturing defect, reported within 7 days of receipt. Alterations due to size changes are not covered under this policy.
All designs, sketches, photographs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Sue Muller. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. Custom designs created for you remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
